The portal is designed to help authorized professionals verify participation without relying on scattered emails, handwritten notes, or unstructured attendance claims. Court-referred clients can be enrolled, assigned to a monitoring phase, and tracked through timestamped virtual-group attendance records.
Timestamped attendance
Virtual-group sign-ins, sign-outs, attendance status, and participation records are organized with date-and-time evidence.
Individual reports
Authorized personnel can review phase, attendance, compliance status, and reporting history for each enrolled participant.
Privacy governance
Role approvals, consent scope, disclosure accounting, retention controls, legal holds, and tamper-evident audit records support accountable use.

Controlled pilot status
The portal is not represented as nationally certified, HIPAA-certified, or approved by every court or state. Real protected information must not be entered until ASAF LLC completes production hosting authorization, legal review, agency agreements, consent procedures, and all applicable federal and state requirements.
