Ownership and intellectual property

This website is owned and operated by Stanley R. Leszewski through American Substance Abuse Foundation LLC (“ASAF LLC”). Unless otherwise identified, all original website content—including written materials, Recovery Logic educational materials, courses, workbooks, program structures, graphics, videos, audio recordings, podcast content, forms, software interfaces, and downloadable resources—is the intellectual property of Stanley R. Leszewski and ASAF LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

Third-party names, quotations, images, publications, trademarks, software, and linked materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer ownership to Stanley R. Leszewski or ASAF LLC.

Limited license and prohibited use

ASAF LLC grants authorized users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access purchased or authorized materials for their intended personal or professional use.

No original ASAF content may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, sublicensed, distributed, modified, recorded, scraped, commercially exploited, used to train another system, or presented as another person’s work without prior written permission from Stanley R. Educational and professional-service boundary

ASAF LLC provides non-clinical recovery education, peer-style support, public information, and lived-experience perspectives. The website and its programs do not provide medical care, diagnosis, psychotherapy, detoxification, legal advice, or licensed substance-use treatment and do not replace qualified healthcare, legal, treatment, or emergency professionals.

Use of this website does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship.
